WTH happened?!

 

It looks worse that it actually is.

Long story short: I backed into a parking spot and heard a scraping noise. I thought it was just my exhaust tips because they sometimes rub against the parking median from being low. I gave the car a little gas to go forward and away from the median and I heard a weird noise. I get out and see half of my rear bumper hanging loose. I go home and see that one of the two bolts that hold the bumper to the trunk broke, and so did one of the clips on the side that connect the bumper to the fender area.

Im going to use some zipties for the bolt and used some apoxy for the clip. Left it to dry overnight and should be ready to install this afternoon

 

Sorry to hear that bro. That's messed up. Hope that will hold. I always roll down my window when I back up even tho I have a camera I cannot get custom to that.

 

to install the HID headlights and fogs, did you have to remove the bumper?

 

Yeah I normally do the same thing but I guess it was just bad luck for me that day.

No you dont but it makes it much easier to do the install. I would recommend doing so

 

I just got a 10 is250 and i am thinking of getting the HKS Hi-power Exhaust. Do the exhaust have a lot of drone and does it sounds very loud as other people said?

Drone and loudness are subjective, but in general, yes its loud. The HKS is the loudest axle back available for the 2IS.

I have it paired with an invidia midpipe and its still quiet to me tho
