My Aristo Build ...Time for Respray 08/12/12
a little introduction ...i am a new member here (few months) been stalking this forum buying up parts and trying to get as much info as possible on the 2GS. I decided to post up my progress off what will be an ongoing build .
I live in Trinidad and Tobago (the last island in the Caribbean chain) We are right hand drive and 90 % of our cars come directly from Japan the other 10% are euros so no shortage of JDM cars/parts here.
Notable cars i have previously owned : R32 GTR, R33GTR , R34GTR , 300ZX TT, Altezza RS200, S14 Silvia Kouki .
Current Garage : 1G RX300, 1GS Aristo , 2GS Aristo ,
Going to be doing two build threads one in the 1GS fourm and my 2GS
Pearl White 1998 Aristo Purchased 2 months ago with 63000kms on the clocks and stock .
AIM: To build a fast, responsive, comfortable highway cruiser with a modern look .
As it sits now on
Pretty much going to stop there until January 2013 while i acquire more parts.
Parts stashed so far
All TRD bushings for the front and rear suspension
Kenwood Audio system to overlay on the nav screen (from user excluesive)
Funds tucked away for a respray ...possible metallic bronze
TRD air filter
Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust to be fitted with custom pipes
Poly Diff Bushings (from vendor aliga)
Black Pearl Emblems (from user VIP LXS)

I am considering changing my diff to up the responsiveness of the car .
I am getting my hands on a diff out of an Altezza
I believe it to be torsen lsd with a 4.3 final drive
A01B trans axle ...will this fit the 2gs ??

I was having some touch up work done and decided to do a complete respray.
Its either stay white or my go Nara Metallic Bronze from range rover.
What do you guys think ??
What other colors should i consider?
