Dayum! All for a few dollars worth of film? I'd hate to know what the fines are for doing something really wrong. And I thought I lived in a communist state.

Oh, I forgot to mention the fog lights are accessible without removing the bumper. I had an HID kit installed last week and the installer removed the covers underneath the engine and the forward part of the wheel well cover. Only glitch was the trans cooler on the driver's side which made it a little tight. So Jim (OP), if you haven't replaced your shattered fog light, good news, you might be able to do it through the wheel well. The wheel was still on but I imagine removing it could probably make it easier.

Here is a picture looking towards the bumper from the driver side wheel well. The fog light is the partial white ring to the left, trans cooler to the right.

Seems to be common practice; Lexus uses the same access route to the fogs on the LS. I've always found Toyota/Lexus pay close attention to facilitating maintenance as much as possible when incorporating features in their cars. Can't say the same about other car makers from what I've garnered on other boards...

Finally joined the bandwagon. Definitely makes it look different. Added door edge guards as the original ones put on a year ago (plastic 'clear' stick on guards from autozone) got really dirty- the last 2 pics.

when i got my clear bra installed, the film includes cut outs for the headlamps and fog lights (pre-cut).

Ahhhh - the view from inside. Thanks. Can't tell from the pic but how does the assembly connect to the bumper.....threaded bolt/nut?

When I was preparing for the fog kit install I looked at the website lexus*parts*now (remove asterisks) for parts diagrams. Check the body (front bumper and bumper stay, fog light diagram) and electrical (fog light) sections. It appears there are four tabs that hold it in place with screws. The screws are partially visible in the picture I posted. Here is another picture.

Yeah that pic is really clear. So it looks like if I try this from beneath, two of those screws seem do-able...looks like the other two are kinda blocked.

Real shame there's no provision to change the glass from the outside.

Thanks again.

My wife just called and said the driver's side fog lens is shattered, but no other damage to the bumper on her two month old RX. I wonder if this is a stress fracture in the lens as she said it shattered like tempered glass would, it seems a little odd that a rock would zero in on the lens and leave no other damage. I don't have the time or inclination to try to fix this myself so it looks she will have to take it in and pay the price.

Probably a rock,E.
I installed Lamin-X vinyl pieces and and that's still not guarantee a rock won't shatter the lens but a bit more protection at a fairly inexpensive cost.

Who knows? She came out of the house and noticed the shattered lens. No way to prove where or how it happened. We live in a rural area and picking up flying rocks from other vehicles is not a normal thing, there just isn't enough traffic for that. Doubt if Lexus is going to fix it for free. They might do a goodwill gesture since it is so new, but I doubt it. We'll see.
