in that test FRAM kicked all other's *** on trapping the size range of particles that cause engine wear!

link to the results? Note everyone else has been providing data. Also, when was this study? Fram (and every other maker) changes their lineup and construction almost every year-2 years. Right now many of their filters have cardboard in them.
BITOG has actual testing results, hence I stick to Napa (Wix).

fram is the worst on the market...hastings..purolator and wix are the top 3. baldwin makes a good filter as well
fram does however make good ecu caps
