The center hub wheel diameter for "most" Lexus vehicles is 60.1mm... This is the opening in the center of your rim that mates to your rotor / hub... On many aftermarket wheels (and spacers in this case), in order to make them useable on a wide variety of vehicles, the center hub on the rim is larger and a plastic centering ring adapter is used to compensate for the different sizes of hubs used on all vehicles. In my experience, these adapters can cause wheel vibrations and I avoid them. The spacer they're talking about here, doesn't have a 60.1mm opening in the center of it so that it will match up perfectly to the hub on the vehicle. It's dependent solely on the perfect alignment and spacing of the studs, which is much less precise.
Here's a link to a Lexus bolt pattern guide that also discusses center hub sizes and offset's... http://www.vehicle-bolt-pattern.com/...nce-guide.html
