Default wheel spacers

is it safer to replace wheel studs all around if I where to put 10mm on the front and 12 mm on the back?
or would the existing studs be okay?"

If they're flat (not bolt on spacers) type then yes I would run a 10mm longer stud. Also make sure they are hubcentric spacers, if they're not you might get some vibrations.

I plan on just keeping the stock 18 rims for awhile and want to kick out the wheels just a little more and from what I’ve read and seen online 10mm and 12mm’s in the rear should fit nicely.

Aslong as you avoid the cheap auto parts spacers that are not hubcentric. Hubcentric are the ones that protrude out from the center and help center the wheel to the spacer. Without that centering the wheel could be mounted with a slight shift, that small difference you will feel.

Here are some hubcentric spacers on ebay
