looking to get wheel spacers for the rear. The wheels are 20x8.5 and the spacers are Ichiba 25mm 5x114 and a 64mm bore/center, buddy bought them for his car, never used still in box...

My understanding is the GS300 had a 60mm bore/center size, if i put on these spacers could i damage something? or would it rattle ? or does it even matter?

two things get the right right wheel spacers which is a 60.1 mm this will be nice and tight against the hub. or get some hubcintric rings 60.1 mm and your done. If the spacer is a 64mm you may get vibrations and your put strain on your studs hope this helps.

< the deals pretty good on the spacers so having a hard time turning them down.....

sorry u can get the hubcintric rings from ebay garanteed look for lexus hubcintric rings and you will find them on ebay. u need 60.1 mm to fit snug on the factory lexus hub.
