My 96 LS400 just started making a whistling noise from the front drivers side brake, this happens when braking at very low speeds or at stops and goes away after about 15 minutes of driving, but returns when the car has been sitting for a little while. Could it be a bearing, as I was told I had a bad bearing in my car but a second opinion discovered it was the rear carrier bushings which were replaced today, or could it be that the bearing was indeed bad and the second shop discovered the bad carrier bushings?
