Default New spacers for the wheels.

My first set of spacers was only 8mm thick and it did help the stance out but I saw that I could go just abit wider and not have too much issue.
I had my machinist make me these in 11.5mm. The center bore is 60.1mm and the outer bore is 72.6 so I didnt have to buy any hub centric rings either.

Why would you go a slip on spacer if you can get a hubcentric spacer with studs?

This spacer is hubcentric already hence the 60.1 center bore to a 72.6 outer bore in the 5x114.3 bolt pattern. There are no spacers that I have found in the 11.5mm size with studs already put in. I have found the smallest to be is 15mm.

I will try to get some of the 8mm on this weekend then post up the 11.5mm on down the road. Not much time now since we are getting a customer car ready for the Supra Meet in Houston next weekend.

Yes you do. When I put 8mm spacers on mine I could only get one full turn on the lug nut. Everyone says you need 6-8 full turns to be safe.

actually 3-4 full turns is more then enough. dont listen to what "everyone" says.

they actually make 10mm bolt on spacers. i have seen then before. look online. google is your best friend.

slip-on spacers are not a good idea though. too much shear loads on the studs. i wouldnt even take a chance. with the money you spent on having these made and buying longer studs you could have gotten 15mm bolt on spacers.

Pete H&R didnt make the width I was wanting. Plus I had some extended studs back from my Supra days and only needed spacers.

i checked and couldnt find anything and nothing in the specific width that i was needing so this is the only viable option
our customer Supra has ARP extended studs and i had him make us a set in 7/16 width with all other measurements being the same putting down 1033WHP through the ARP and these spacers before with no issues
alot of the Supra guys have been doing this to accomodate the 15x10in wheels they run for the drag strip
i have a good relationship with the machinist so cost was good for me as
i help him out in RC racing

working on those car needs some front brakes and getting a customer car ready for Houston Supra Meet so it will be a little while
