of course you can. you can either do air runner which i believe is a full assembly or you can go with uas. with uas you have to make sure you get the correct diameter bag to fit over your BCRs and also probably need a custom mounting bracket fabbed up.

Talk to Zack at UAS ext 114 he should be able to tell you what the requirements would be in order to make it work. I'm not familiar with the 3rd gen suspension but on the 2nd it can be made to work just the rear strut needs to be modified.

ah did not know that. i browsed the web and found a thread about installing UAS on BCRs. The thread says AWD BCRs but they are the same as the RWD (minus the C shaped bracket at the bottom for the front coils)

Diameter and shock setups would vary upon each applications. As I am not familiar with the 3rd gen I cannot tell you exactly how it would work. On the 2nd gen the fronts go on with no issues the rears need to be cut and rewelded. On the 3rd gen it might be different. This I do know that for the 2nd gen application the bag slides right over with no issues as the strut itself is smaller in diameter. I would refer to my previous advice and speak to Zack he's the expert and can help you do it.

I just spoke with Zack he told me that we would have to modify the rear strut and seems pretty involved. I would need to make a custom bracket to lower the bag down further on strut and fabricate some sort of spacer for the top so it would fit is how I understood it! Im have very little knowledge of air suspension.

So the rear of the 3rd gen is exactly the same as the 2nd gen. So I know how it works. I'll try to help you understand. If you want me pm your number I'll give you a call and try to talk you through it.

so i have an 05ls430UL but i am on bc racing coilovers right now (stock air went bye bye) and now i'm considering going aftermarket air. i always thought it would be like 6k but one of my friends was saying it would only be like 2k. what options are available to go aftermarket air for cheap (around 2k) when already on bc coils??? thanks all

UAS vs cupped...? i want to ride low-er than i already am, but if i have extra weight and people in the back i want to be able to raise it up a couple inches,, or when i need to go over big dips or driveways....

what are the price options for UAS vs cupped and can you drive inflated on cupped??

You can also ask the guys at UAS if they could fit the air bag on your rear struts themselves. You'd have to send it to them and they'd charge you but it would be worth it to have it done right.

UAS bags should fit over BC coilovers. LOLTHXKBYE is running that on his 2GS.

Hey sojah I'm on BC coils & UAS,I ride looow & the ride is cherry!!
What you could do is get the UAS & some type of auto leveling system so it'll keep the car level when you have passengers..

Platinums air cups are the only ones I've heard that can be driven with air in them (passengers).
Seems like Bonafyd's setup is your best bet.
