Default Weird Oil Change Message on Lexus App

I get this message on the lexus app for oil maintenance. The maintenance is up to date on drivers.lexus.com, it just had an oil change. There is no warning light in the car. Lexus Support wants to bring it into the dealership but they don't know what for. Does anybody know what needs to be reset?

Lexus is stumped about this.

The tech probably forgot to reset the data in the infotainment system.

There is no light on the dash and I already reset the "Scheduled Maintenance" in the settings.

I believe there is one that you have to reset in the nav/8" display screen.

So you're not going to look in the nav/display screen to reset your maintenance item. Ok. Fine.
Page 68 in the navigation manual. Reset maintenance item checklist. I also believe the info is sent to the data via the infotainment, not the gauge cluster. But take it to the dealership and prove me wrong.

I have seen that in the infotainment system on older Lexus vehicles I have owned. I am just posting my findings as I go, I have no interest in contests. It must be great to know everything.

From the same page in the Multimedia Manual, it indicates that the "Maintenance" settings is available on the 10" Lux trim. My sig shows I have the Premium trim (with base 7" display). I do not have the selection in my Vehicle setting in the Infotainment screeen.

"maintenance" not there.
