Could someone else with a 550h+ take a look under their cargo floor and tell me if their vehicle came with the jack?

I was leaving for a trip on Friday and while packing I was going through the car looking at all the different storage spaces available. Upon lifting the cargo hatch I noticed empty spaces where the jack and tire iron should be. I took a trip to my local Lexas dealership to take a look under the hatches of one of the TX’s they had in inventory.

Sure enough it looks like I’m missing:

Jack
Lug Wrench
Floor Jack Handle

The dealership ran my VIN and said the 550's don't come with the jack equipment. They only come with a compressor and a can of sealant.

Since there are almost no 550's in stock anywhere, it's impossible to go to a dealership to look at another new 550.

 

From the TX Facebook groups, multiple 2025 550h+ owners reported the same thing, no jacks. My 2024 came with full kit though.

 

I believe TX cars with Runflat tires do not come with jacks, etc.....

 

tx does not have run flats.

2024 550h+ owner manual does not have this section.

 

NX 350H has runflats. I dont believe the TX does.

 

No run flats for the TX. In fact, it also has a spare tire in the back except 550h+ (corrected). Some youtube car people got that wrong thinking no spare tire.

 

The 550h+ does not have a spare. Just a can of sealant and a little air compressor.

 

For a such a large SUV, no spare on the 550h+. ugh
