Default TX350 Steering Column Misaligned/Crooked

We just bought a TX350 new from the dealer a few weeks ago and I noticed that the steering column is not aligned with the dashboard. Has anyone else dealt with this on their new TX? If not, could you send me a picture showing yours is straight? Lexus is telling me that the TXs are all coming off the manufacturing line with this issue so they won't make any repairs (they claim it would just end up the same if they swapped out the steering column or any other pieces). Apparently it cannot be easily fixed. I know this seems minor but when you are trying to drive straight on the highway it becomes very annoying to look down and see the steering column slightly to the right. To be clear the wheel drives straight when straight. The piece that is off center is the actual steering column (which you can see from above and below). Thanks to anyone that can help!

What you are noticing is pretty minuscule, however something seems to be a tiny bit off. See below for pics from my vehicle where things seem more level/centered than yours. Hope this helps and keep us posted.

That looks more than miniscule. That's way way off.

a lot of it is subjective and the framing of the photo. I used the level function in my iphone camera to make sure I was taking a level photo...

Default Crooked steering column confirmed

I can confirm on my newly bought tx 350 premium that the steering column is definitely crooked, with the left side being significantly higher than the right. This really seems like a quality control issue and should NOT be happening.Drives me bonkers. Am waiting for dealer's response.

There is a thread in the RX forum on this exact issue as well. Same scenario. That's how they are being built.

Same here. Went to dealer and they said they fixed it, but still off. I think that is how it is.🤔

Any word from your dealer? We test drove a new TX350 AWD this past weekend and I noticed this crooked alignment right away, I thought my right contact fell out at first. The sales guy acted like he had never heard of this issue, but I spot checked another TX in the showroom and it was also crooked (just not as much).

Same problem here with a vehicle I took delivery on last month. I have a significant rattle in the steering column now too that sounds like two pieces of metal hitting now. Off to the dealer we go ... definitely sounds like a build issue which is super dissapointing. I had similar probs with my last car.
