It's a spacer between the axle and wheel bearing. They noticed as soon as the car was on the lift that the angle was off because it was lowered. They pulled the axle back and said there's enough room for a spacer there.
Their a tuning and suspension shop so they know what their doing. The guy said he was almost positive that would solve the problem. Gonna talk to my guy at work and see if he can plasma cut out the new parts for me.
What is the thickness of these? I was working on my GS this last weekend and checked out the axle and hubs. Trying to get an idea of how thick these would need to be to work.
