To be honest i dont know the answers to any of those questions yet. Im working with PPE who designed and cut these for me. I talked to a mod and they said PPE could do a feeler thread asking how many people would be interested as i would assume that will effect pricing. It is a 1 piece design so it may be a tad more expensive and also more expensive to install however the 1 piece design is a much better design as it gives the part a lot more strength.

not sure how well this is panning out. the shop that is suppose to do the work still has not contacted me about price. i called monday afternoon and they still have yet to give me a quote on the install even after calling them again yesterday. im suppose to drop the car off today after work but if i do not get a quote from them i doubt i will be using them. they didnt sound to sure what a drive shaft spacer even was even though they are a full custom tuning shop
none the less if i dont hear back from them i will call another shop that a lot of the liberty vip guys use. its a bit further away but id rather have it done right.

arrg. keep us posted. better to have it done right so you can best assess whether or not this is a viable option to correct the issue. good luck man. i may be in search of a good junkyard soon for new(er) axles soon, so this would be good to know before the install. i'm sure the spacers will be much easier to put in with the axles already out. lol.

he never called back. He was suppose to call me back in like 10 mins monday after work, no call. I waited til Tuesday after work to call him again and he still didnt have a quote and said he would have it Wednesday (the day i was suppose to drop it off). Wednesday comes and still no car. As of now he still hasnt called so f' him.
The shop thats going to do it is pretty knowledgable when it comes to this. He says he does it for the S2K guys all the time and seems like he knows his stuff. Im going up Friday (1/14) to have it done since we are suppose to get hit with a snow storm tonight through saturday

I would rather go to a shop that has knowledge with that type of work. Plus, if you say he has done this for the S2K owners, he knows exactly what is going on and can complete the procedure quickly and properly.

Honestly, it's not a complicated job that any competent mechanic cannot do. A shadetree mechanic can do this job.
