Default Newbie Question about suspension

I'm new to clublexus, and I'm in the process of looking for a 06 Lexus GS300, I am definetly going to lower my car. What kind of suspensions out there are available for both the RWD and the AWD(is it true that the AWD suspension is harder to find?).

What do you guys recommend. I'm looking for coilovers, one that keep it as smooth as possible. Price range as well.

Thanks in advance for your help. Pics would help out too =)

If I were you, look for a GS350 and not the GS300. Price might be a tad bit more, but over all you get more IMO. Bigger brakes and more power.

As for dropping the car, a lot of AWD people have reported after lowering their car and stuff it vibrates. Plus from what I have read, I believe there are no companies that make springs or coilovers for the AWD version. Most of them if not all are for the RWD. Some smooth coilovers are Tanabe CS.

coilovers are the way to go. tein cs is a good coilover and i believe it's cheaper than most competitors out there. that's what i am putting on my car

i am not sure if it will fit on the awd though. seems like it's a bit different

ek9vboi - Thanks for the info... I'll just stick to RWD... no need to get AWD in Texas..haha.

Which part of Florida at you from? I graduated from UCF in Orlando...

They are a little bit more bumpy, you feel the road more but you gotta give a lil to look better. no fender gap ftw.
