Default Adj. Rear Upper & Lower Control Arms

I currently have my 01 setup on coilovers and adjustable rear upper control arms which are set near the middle of the adjustment range, and the rear lower control arm set at max positive which comes out to a total of -6 degrees of camber. The top of the wheel lip is slightly inside the fender with about 20mm vertical clearance from lip to fender.

I'd like to change my rear camber to around -3 degrees while keeping my current low ride height and wheel specs.

Would it be possible to also run aftermarket adjustable rear lower control arms and have them set shorter than the factory arm to pull the rear wheels in slightly? How would this affect suspension travel and axle length?
