Default rear upper control arm question

Even after thorough shaving of my rear fenders, im having trouble fitting my wheels due to rubbing, so the next step is adding negative camber.

The 3GS has 2 upper control arms in the rear (one with a balljoint and the other being a solid arm), with both having aftermarket replacements for camber adjustment.

Is it necessary to replace both arms?

Im specifically contemplating the spc rear upper control arm which only replaces the ball joint arm...
