Default Rear upper or lower control arm?

So I wanted to ask, what's better for the rear to fix the alignment? Adj upper control arm or Adj lower control arm?

If you do a search for FIGS rear lower control arms, he has done an explanation as to why adjusting the lower arm instead of the upper is better. The FIGS rear lower arms are more expensive than adjustable upper arms.

$495 for Figs LCA...WOW! That's pretty pricy compared to UCA which cost around $200. Is the extra $295 really worth it? I can do another mod with $295

with the upper arms they correct negative camber by pushing the upper portion of wheel/tire out towards quarter panel. From / \ to this I I The figs bring it in from the bottom to improve camber. I'd say if you have aftermarket wheels that your offset and tire widths would make a difference.

a toe link would be more beneficial IMO

because the cause of uneven tire wear or tires getting eaten up is due to TOE..

not many options or well I have been having a heard time finding, are Megan Racing or Hardrace and Figgs has one but on backorder...
