A video or sound clip of the noise would definitely help diagnose but a constant noise that changes when cornering is a classic sign of bad wheel bearings. It could also be a few other cheaper things like brakes so check that first. A front wheel bearing on your car with FWD is going to be pretty expensive. Also if its coming from both sides though, its unlikely that both front wheel bearings failed at the same time.
