Wheel noise
When driving I hear a pulsating hum coming from the front wheel as I steer left on a winding road. I also hear a slight hum when driving under normal conditions. I replaced the stock tires but the noise continued. Thanks in advance.

Depending on the hum, it could be a wheel bearing.

The adjective pulsating throws me off , I recently replaced a wheel bearing on a ls and hum is right but fairly constant, turning wheel slightly left just put more pressure on the wheel and made it louder, wheel bearing noise is one of the hardest to diagnose because it’s normally low frequency and so hard to determine which wheel it’s coming from until it gets bad enough to hear at low speeds

Who told you it was tires causing the problem?
How long have you had the car? Has it been laid up for some time without driving? With the VIN have you checked the service records on the lexus site - forget the url.

See above comments, then:
You may have warped rotors, sticky calipers, shot brake hoses (not lines) or another brake problem.
Your p/s may need servicing. Anecdotally, I just replaced my p/s pump, pressure sensor assembly, return line, cleaned the reservoir and replaced the fluid with fresh fluid. Don't let them re-use the old fluid. (No it is not a "lifetime fill" no matter what Lexus says.) Do you have any leaks from the p/s system? - you have to clean that area of the engine first to see where the leak is coming from.
After the p/s overhaul my front end is quiet. (I also replaced the front s/b links as one was shot and they are in asymmetric pairs. This was not the cause of these symptoms you describe.)
Just a start.

Those symptoms sound more like a rear wheel bearing rather that a front one. That pulse feeling on turn. Then as it gets worse cause a vibration on braking. That's where I would look based on your statement.

I don't have stock wheels but I do have the Lexus G Spider wheels.
I just replaced the rotors, pads and all the rubber brake hoses.
My noise is more of an observation than something I'm concerned about too much but it sounds like the same odd noise the OP is experiencing.
My initial thought is mine is coming from the power steering pump/system but it's so infrequent, I haven't pursued it.

I have the same problem, its a slight hum and a slight vibration you can feel in the body of the car when you turn the wheel slightly while driving. It isn't a constant hum either, its as if something is spinning to make the hum/vibration and faster the wheel revolution the faster the hum/vibrations gets. did you find a solution?

the sound would change as I turned left or right.
here are two videos of the issue.
the noise at the beginning and end of this video was the hatch closing and opening.
