^^ yes. Fully settle the suspension. That said I snugged everything but left it just loose enough to move, bounced the car and tightened it into place.
FWIW there is enough freedom in the bolt holes to alter your alignment. Certainly the toe in. Be sure to back the car up a few lengths, verify toe with a tape. Get it to zero or aligned in the next few weeks.

It's pretty easy. Safely get the car in the air and block chassis but not by the suspension. Remove plastic center panel. Remove travel tie downs, loosen and remove SA nut, remove bolts securing one bushing.
Cradle is strong enough that engine support is not required, to do ONE SIDE at a time. Pry SA down and remove bushing.
If your car has ever been in a wreck, support the engine just in case there is unforseen damage of cradle.
Pry SA down and install in reverse order. Snug SA nut to pull bushing into place. Align bushing where it was and tighten subframe bolt/bushing bolt.
Set the wheels on ramps and lower full weight of car onto wheels. Tighten SA nut to spec.
That's pretty much it.
