Just installed the Ultimate Steering Response System (USRS) from RR-Racing.
Hey guys, just got these bushing installed and the response is really amazing. I can literally feel the day and night difference compared to the OEM ones. I havent get a chance to push it yet but highway cruising or high speed is very stable. Bump steer almost eliminated. Steering response is definitely tight and sharp. I love this mod. If you plan on track your F or just want a race car feeling on public road, this is a must. Oh, btw, installation was a breeze Thanks Rafi Here are some pics during the installation. Sorry for a bunch of pics

What do the adjustable bolts allow? To adjust the toe?

The bolts are pre-load adjusters. One of the things I like to emphasize is that our bushing design is completely different than stock, or stock replacement bushings. As such, we use a bushing design that absorbs all of the thrust load that occurs when you decelerate.
The adjustment bolts accomplish two things, (1) preload the bushing when you perform the initial installation and (2) they act as stoppers to keep the LCA housing from slipping under heavy braking. The load imposed on that LCA housing under heavy braking is tremendous, and even though the large housing-to-subframe bolt is torqued to 150ft-lbs, it will slip eventually under hard braking. We know this because we completed an extensive testing program consisting of about 12,000 miles and 6 track days prior to releasing the USRS.

Hi Guys,
I know that its a touchy subject when we discuss the RR Racing USRS vs. Figs/Superpro bushing. I want to make sure we do everything possible to keep the discussion civil and technical.
I have gone through the technical points and illustrated the benefits both on clublexus, and on our website. But, if anyone has any confusion as to differences between our USRS and the Superpro replacement bushing, I would be happy to answer them here, by email (Rafi@RR-Racing.com), or phone. I want to emphasize -- our product is not just a bushing!
I have spent my entire career designing materials, manufacturing, & quality control, in both automotive and aerospace applications. I hold an MS from Carnegie Mellon in Materials Science & Engineering and I have authored several published technical papers and 1 alloy patent. I relish the opportunity to discuss the technical aspects of our products!
The USRS was developed on our shop ISF, over nearly a year of testing, comprising of 12,000 miles of street driving on Pennsylvania's roughest roads, and no fewer than 6 track days. I am 100% confident in the durability of our design, and in the unlikely event warranty issues develop, we will always stand by our customers and make it right.
