Post coilover spring rates

looking for info on spring rates. most are stiffer in the rear. the higher the kg the stiffer, Kg converts to pounds. so either will be cool. anyone know the spring rate on the tein HA or Flex? or even the spring rate of stock or eibach setup? any info would be great. the tein website ie hard to understand. thanx to all!

There used to be a sticky with that info. I'll find it and link it here.

Default ya

i noticed manaray had a similar thread, but just hoping to get some info on stock compared to others. any thoughts? the gs is a heavy car so stiffer spring rates are needed compared to lighter cars? is that right?

Maybe that post should be moved to the library or something so we don't get repeat questions about which coilover is softer, etc... Why was it unstickied?

There was a general cleaning of old stickies recently as we had a bunch that were no longer relevant... Agree and think that one is, good idea to move into the library or make a locked FAQ (with less additional conversation on the thread).

El C, why don't you approach the question a different way.... what are the goals you're looking for? Softer ride close to stock?
