Default Ball joint question

So I recently purchased a GS430 with 108k miles. The ball joints were changed at 104k but that was back in 2014. I noticed that when I go over a speed bump I hear a clunk sound going from the passenger front. Should I change out the ball joint?

Thanks, I'll check it out. The struts were replaced with KYB by the previous owner so maybe he missed something.

if they were replaced and you still hear clunking... maybe he didn't replace the strut mounts when the struts were done...

Could also be a loose nut on the strut mount. Do the "push on the fender" thing over and over with hood open too to pinpoint where the sound is coming from. Have someone with a hose in one ear point the other end everywhere in there to find the location of the sound to at least narrow down where it is. (of course assuming you can recreate the sound without driving it)

It's unlikely that the ball joints have worn out again after only 4K miles and 2 years. I'd look elsewhere first.
