Default slight click/clunk from drivers side after balljoint replacement

Hello all. I replaced the ball joints and the tie rods 2 weeks ago. No i have a slight click or clunk from the drivers side. I can feel it when I come to a stop and take off from a light. what should I check? the upper control arms have new bushings as well. suspension is all stock. I have yet to get an alignment since the car tracks straighter then before the ball joint/tie rod replacement! lol. But i will get that done.

I've dealt with the exact same scenario after all my front end parts were replaced.
I bet your driver side motor mount is bad. Open your hood and have someone put it in drive with the brake on. Have them pump the gas to see the movement in the engine. You'll probably see the drive side lift up. Put it in reverse and do the same. I order set of mounts for my 2005 GS430 with 86K. Had the same problem with my 1999 GS400.

update today. It hasn't made the sound so I assume that something shifted and now its not making the noise. I will check motor mounts, struts/springs, sway bar bushings/end-links.

It only does it going straight, not in a turn (when it does it!)

get the car aligned asap! after tie rods and ball joints there is no way your alignment is good. You may THINK it drives straight, but when you align it you will really feel the way the car was meant to be driven.
