Default 2011 IS250 Brake Bleeding

I have read numerous threads and posts about the brake bleeding process, but I did not see anything regarding the 2011 IS250. Is the procedure the same? Is the procedure different since the 2011 has the brake assist system? Any information would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I think it's similar for 2nd gen IS. If you get a chance to do it, will do you a DIY as well? I'm very interested in doing one too.

I would do a How To but I really haven't received a concrete answer if the procedure is the same for the 2nd gen IS.

It is the same. The brake assist is an electronic function added on the car but all the mechanical components are the same so bleeding the brakes should be all the same. Start with the furthest wheel (rear passenger) from the brake booster and then end on the closest wheel (front driver) should work

The driver rear brake is actually furthest from the brake booster on this car. The lines run on the passenger side of the car from the engine bay so driver rear travels longest.

Thanks guys for the responses. I am coming up on the 30K maintenance and want to do the brake oil replacement myself. I also will be using the solo break bleeder, but it seems some people don't like using these bleeders.

I just went to lowes and got some poly tubing which I think its a 3/16 ID hose. Was like 2 bucks. That and a wrench, water bottle, and maybe an extra hand from a friend. Did it in no time at all. Solo brake bleeders (im assuming your talking about the one that replaces the OEM brake nipple right?) they are nice but sometimes the plunger gets stuck and I ended up just putting back the OEM ones on.

Actually talking about the one you attach to the master cylinder and pressurize it then go to each wheel and bleed each one.
