Default Accuair E-Level Install - PITA?

I just got my Accuair Stage 2 kit yesterday. I planned on doing the install myself with the help of my husband and a friend. The air itself looks pretty straight forward and the friend that is helping has installed many systems before, but he has never installed an e-level system.

Now, here is my question. For those that have installed an e-level equipped system before.....is it really that bad? Am I getting in over my head? I know the sensors have to be within mm of eachother and such. I just cannot see myself paying $2k for install on a system that we can have 95% done ourselves.

Any words of advice or things you wish you knew before you started?

Thanks guys!

you can install everything yourself and paid someone to do the sensors. mounting the height sensors is the only really hard part in my opinion. I would've done it myself if i knew how to weld.

But wouldn't it not be drivable? Or is the e-level a separate system itself? That would suck to have to tow my car to a shop....but then again it's cheaper than $2k

I mean if you have the accurate measure tool then I would do it yourself. Shouldn't be a problem just something that will take time and need a day or so to finish and not get rushed.
Something like this measuring tool.

it will be drivable, everything except the auto leveling would still work(until the sensors are installed). you just need to manually put your car at whatever ride height you want it to be

the auto leveling is a feature within the system so without the height sensors it would not work but everything will still function as normal if that make sense.

Oh I get it. So presets won't work. That will be a pain though bc there is no gauge so I wont know what I'm at lol. But at least it will make it driveable if we can't figure it out.....but I'm going to try.
