Anybody have any experience with D2 racing coilovers? Any comments or reviews on them would be appreciated. thanks

basically what Gville said really. they arent horrible coils but for the money there are number of coils in that price range like BC's or Megan's. i know D2 coils tend to be able to slam out on other cars, not sure with the 2IS. but if you not into that type scene then i guess thats a moot point

 

yeah, im on megan lp right now but my shocks are blown. i am low but im going lower once these are on. i just wanted to know if any bad things about them because i am getting them for a steal.

how long did u have the megans for before they blew?

 

D2 Racing is same as K Sport and vice versa made in the same place. I have good experience with D2 BBK like ^ said you could get BC Racing. But D2 Seems to be pretty good

 

I had them and they were just another set of coils, i had megan ez before i got the D2....D2 felt a lil better for the daily driven

i've read several times that megan, d2, k-sport and bc-racing is the same thing from taiwan with just different colors.
for D2 und k-sport i know it for sure. don't know what's true about the rest though.

i have the D2 street coils and i am not very satisfied with it. mostly it is really hard but then also very jumpy.
also the manufacturer says that you can change the rebound and compression rate at the same time which is not true: http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showt...ghlight=ksport

so i am going to swap my D2s for a real suspension: KW Variant 3 (low version)
