Default Rear End Unstable

Sup guys I'm new to posting on this site I have a GS400 and I'm have some sort to problem with my suspension (rear) mainly the car recently started to sway or get loose in the rear I go for alignments but that doesn't help so I then replaced front and rear sway bar busings w/ polyurethane bushings still bad. I just bought toe links to replace my old ones so hopefully there'll work. Any other suggestions on what it may be??? Car not lowered new struts all around I do have 20x8 front 20x10 rear I believe I'm on 245 35 20 in rear 2nd pair in 10 months but worse recently.

Check your knuckle bushings. I can guarantee you that they have play. Read the thread by Lyonsker in the suspensions forum.

I replaced all bushings in the rear and it fixed the problem - upper and lower arm bushes, knuckle bushings, traction arm busings, toe links etc.

Yes, these can cause the rear to feel unstable. Usually when they have play, you can hear the faint popcorn popping kind of noise in the rear when going over uneven surfaces. I'm not sure what the lifetime of these things is, but mine were shot after 90K miles. The stiffer the suspension and the lower profile the tires, the more evident it is once they start to develop play.

What you are showing is for the trac-link.

^ You need a pair. One for each side. Make sure that they are the knuckle/pillow ball bushings and not the poly ones. The poly ones will not hold up. If you have two large sockets, a long nut and bolt, you can do both sides in about an hour.
