Splurge

I have a 98gs 400, I was having brake booster problems so i swapped my 98 brake booster and masters with an 02 gs brake booster. I have no warning lights but, for some reason the brakes are gripping too tight and there's a small amount of pressure at times! My brakes are grinding. i checked my rotors and pads and they were fine. I don't have any idea what to do next. I even replaced my brake calipers and its still grinding! Please help!
