Looking to do the same swap this week....question is will I need the old caliper bracket from the stock caliper or do the tt calipers mount directely to the 17mm bolt holes on their own? ...and when I get parts all ill need is tt caliper, tt rotors, tt pads correct?
Ps I know this has been answered but I'm on my phone and the search isn't working for some reason

from my research, and searching for the 98-05 2nd gen gs
the supra TT calipers bolt right up, u can use your existing caliper bolts, or buy new ones, they are the same size. you can use the same brake line, some might need a little modifying as the stock line has this aligning metal piece that sticks out just before the banjo. they will clear the tie rod, which is the main concern. you will need new rotors, as they are about a good inch bigger in diameter than the stock gs300/400/430. you do not reuse your stock caliper bracket as it is no longer a floating caliper. the supra TT caliper is a single piece. you will need new brake pads. the calipers are heavier than your stock calipers. if your supraTT calipers did not come with all the hardware, you will need to buy new ones. hardware you may need to buy, new washers, new slider pins that hold the brake pads in place, new antisqueel spring, new slider pin pins that keep them from sliding loose. you will need to get to a 17in wheel, though i do vaguely remembering someone managing to fit their stock 16s on with removal and moving of the wheel weights. you will need to either get a spacer or a low offset wheel. some have said a +30 offset wheel will work, but its hard to say with larger than stock calipers as u need that hub offset and not every wheel spoke is can be estimated. personal, i went with the ls400 calipers because i could get them and i already had the front rca to clear the tie rod. my winter wheels are +25 offset but i still needed that 5mm spacer to clear the caliper as my wheel spokes were touching the caliper.
i think that answers just about every question i can think of.
