HELP! Stoptech BBK (or any BBK) Question!
Do you happen to know if the shop use a regular brake turning machine to cut the outer friction ring or did you have a machine shop do it? Also, have you measured the runout of the rotor to see if they are still true to form?
I just used a local shop here that is pretty well known in the socal community. Actually, I did end up measuring the rotors, and found out that the rotors weren't cut perfectly straight.
Got the rotors turned again, and now vibration is gone. Thank Goodness. And for those that want to know the torque specs for the stoptech rotor hats, its only 6 ft lbs.. so you can pretty much hand tighten, and they should be good. The only torque wrench i could find only went down to 20 ft. lbs, so i didn't even worry with that.
Thanks to all for your help!

yep, i just took it back to the same shop and he turned it again for me.. I guess these bigger rotors are hard to turn, gotta make sure they're perfect before putting them in!
