Changed pads and rotors on the GS400 today. X-drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. Brake pedal feels normal but just before the car stops "womp" sound like the pads are grabbing really hard. Anyone ever had this problem? Does it mean I need to bleed the brakes?

You would need to bleed the brakes if your brake pedal is mushy or spongy. Sounds like they didn't spray clean the rotors before slapping them on. Go get some brake cleaner and see if it helps.

Got it. Brakes and rotors just needed a little burn in time. Brake cleaner and a short drive did the trick.

yah...u need to bed them pads in....search the internet...they have some ways to bed them in properly.
