Tein EDFC

Hey all. Quick question.
The tein EDFC. Can you use that to adjust the ride height? Or is it used for stiffness? I don't understand what it does

EDFC is for stiffness only.
The only way to adjust height from within the car is via air suspension.
My EDFC is for sale if you want one,
