The drop in inches are 1.8f / 1.3r for the GS300.
Rolling fenders will depend on what wheel specs you have with this drop.
I have 20x8.5 +35 245/35 front and 20x10 +40 275/30 rear. I had to roll the fenders in the front a little, and reposition the lining. The rears were rolled slightly; you can't really roll them that much (best to trim the fender lips off).
