Tein SS VS Tein CS?

what do you think is better for the IS?
experiences?
comfortable ride?
anything about them?

also the EDFC? info or anything on it?

i tried the search bar didn't lead me to anything.

CS=softer, quieter, smoother

SS=firmer,can slam it lower
