hehe

I wonder if this is your first time on a forum =P

try using the search.

it'll show you about 100 different threads about the same darn thing.

our IS 250s and 350s have nice sporty pads on them but they are quite dusty.

after my first 500 miles, I had new black rims!

but don't worry, you can bring your car back in and let them know you have this brake dust problem and they should replace them for you with less dusty ones from the GS.

I had the brake pad TSB done on my 350 about a month ago at my 5k service. Unbelievable difference in the amount of brake dust vs. the old pads.

Is there a time frame when you have to have the tsb done?

Do the Brake Dust TSB for the IS350 in the Brakes section! Night and day difference. No cleaning the wheels every week!

I just had mine 06 is250 done under tsb last week. It has been almost a week now and my front wheels are still very clean so it made a huge difference. I've roughly 17500 miles on mine car and my dealer didn't say anything about the mileage.

Technical Service Bulletins - Technical Service Bulletins, or TSB's, are notifications from vehicle manufacturers to advise their new car dealers' service departments. TSB content may range from diagnostic and repair procedures for a known vehicle problem to notifying dealerships about new and improved parts, warranty and service manual updates, or to update company policies and procedures.

Has a TSB been issued for the IS250? I asked my dealer about this a month ago, and was told it only applied to the 350.
If so, what's the TSB #?
