Excessive break dust
I had mine replaced at around 11k miles. The original pads were still fine and rotors are still good. You shouldn't have any issues getting yours replaced between 5-10k miles as long as your original pads and rotors are still good. Although I have heard some dealerships will swap them even though they are worn down already. But at 5-10k miles, you shouldn't have any problems swapping them.
.
I have 26K on my car.
Went to the dealer the other day and they told me that my VIN number does not fall in the range (even though I have complained a couple of times about dust and a squeak coming from the left front)
I called Lexus Corporate and told them about this, today I get a call from my dealer saying that they will replace the pads and rotors.

So some one tell me, I just had the TSIB done on my 250, and it has about 2000 miles on it. They did not replace my rotors, and as far as I know didnt do anything to them... So what bad about that?
