i just got my tein-ha coilovers installed on my car today, the ride is absolutely awesome. before i only had springs and i think it was the biggest difference i have felt on my car so far. i have the settings close to the stiffest and i thing it still rides smooth and handles very well especially on high speeds. does anyone know how to use the damper settings? im not really sure how to adjust them.

I think you do it inside the trunk. Take the liner out - the shock towers are right there.

Yeah, you have to take the liner out. They have 2 plastic screws on each side. You may need a tool to help you remove those or you can just use your hands to pull them off (like me). HAHA.

Once you remove the liner, you can see the strut.

I havent had my trunk liner in my car since about a week after I got my coilovers. I took it out and never put it back in. I like being able to easily adjust the damper and I really dont care about the aesthetics of my trunk.
