Charlotte/Concord Lexus/Supra Meet!!!!!!!
The Supra guys from SupraForums are having their annual Supra Meet on the 29th of this month. They have extended the invitation to Lexus owners as well. They have over 30 some members registered to be there, and growing. Let's try and get a good turn out of Lexus owners out there. Here are the details:
Saturday December 29th 1pm
Quaker Steak & Lube in Concord
(Near Concord Mills Mall)
They are going to have a photo shoot and raffle for the Supra guys, so I think we should respect the fact that they are going to want to all park together, as should we. They have several Sponsors set up including
Titan Motorsports, Sound Performance, Elmhurst Toyota and a few more in the mix. This is a major meet people. Not a little rinky-dinky let's meet up some time, type of deal. This is their 4th year in a row.
Maybe we could learn a few things and use the experience to our advantage for our own meets. Let's try and get a roll-call list set up. Just add your name, car and car color as you post. Thanks all.

The meet location is about 12-15 minutes north on I-85 from the airport exit.
Note that while other cars are welcome, the sponsor raffle giveaways are for the Supra guys only.

Sounds good. Im pretty sure I have off that day too. So what goes on here? Ive never been to a big meet or anything. The only meet type events Ive been to are the weekly local meets back when I lived in Boca Raton, FL.

This will actually be my first time at this event as well, but I have heard that it is a fun event to go to. It looks like we should have a good turn out of Lexus owners too. It will be nice to meet all of you.

I haven't never been to this meet but the one we have in Feb. is cool you meet some of the fellas check out cars, talk about cars, and go hang out somewhere.

I'm not the ring leader or anything, but if you guys want to call me, you are more than welcome to. We can maybe try and meet up down the road and then all cruise in together if you guys want, or just call when you get there so we can all meet up in the same side of the parking area. Yea, Ill Pm you with my cell number. Im horrible with directions too lol. Its still a FL number and you gotta dial one first beforethe area code or you get some random lady living in South Carolina lol.
