Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have ever had trouble with contacting Nigel-jdmparts? I bought some JDM window visors from him in late November 2011 as a christmas present for my bro. When he finally around to taking it out of the box and fitting them to his car, we realized Nigel sent us the wrong ones! I've been emailing him like crazy but still no answers...hope someone can help me out.

Just finished PM-tagging Nigel jdmparts and sending the incorrect visors back to him and he will send back the correct ones as he stated. So far, I'm happy with how he handled the situation. I'll post the results if/when I get the correct visors.

nigel has ignored my many attempts to contact him about my visors. Going to be contacting the BBB tomorrow if I don't hear from them . I hope nobody has gone through this crappy service from him/them.
I'm currently having trouble with Nigel... Paid 2 weeks ago, and still no tracking number. At first he said it would ship tueaday (the 7th), but never got any confermation. So I PMed him a couple times and then he said his "shipping guy" shipped it and would get me the tracking number but hasn't replied to my PMs since then.
He has till Friday to respond ... If he doesn't get back to Me I'm going to PM DaveGS4. Because I think he's lying that my parts shipped, why else would he not give me a tracking number or not reply to my PM?
I don't mind waiting - all I ask is just keep me updated!!

Just wish he had let us know before he left so we knew what was up...
Nigel is a stand up loyal guy that will surely get @ any present or potential customer. I've purchased visors and had little issue which he addressed accordingly. So to all the people considering to purchase anything from him or are dealing with him right currently, be confident in doing business with Nigel.
I've been having trouble too lol. Bought the visors in October and have been patient for it. I did ask him when will it be shipped. Through PM and on his vendor thread, but never got a response aiming to answer my question. Getting quite irritated.
