This person has not gotten back to me and im not able to pm him/her....I bought a 97+ grill more than a week ago and havent gotten any updates or any kind of contact.

Oh, shoot. I maybe in the same boat as you. I've also paid nemesisa6 for 97 grille thinking I was the first to get it. Have you contacted Paypal yet? I need to do it asap. nemesisa6 haven't been online since 11-17-10.

Well Either way that person needs to step up and let us know what's going on....people need to be more responsible when selling parts on here,I have already had issues with other members doing transactions like this.Is not cool to take peoples money then put **** on the back burner and act like you could care less when an item is sent out or keeping in contact with the buyer.

 

^^^ ive dealt with this person before..very rude and not responsible ..shud be banned in my opinion.... luckily i got my money back..

Yes, that's the name and email I've sent money to. I've paypal'd nemesisa6/Lourdes Mantilla on Nov 17, 2010. I've requested tracking number as well as updates but I have yet to hear anything from this person. I'm opening dispute to get my money back. Have you done the same yet?

 

Good luck with paypal. You wont get the money till that person puts money back into that account. I got ripped before through paypal. See if you can car your card company.

 

I would E-Mail him directly & not on CL. If no reply, file a dispute
w/ Paypal.

 

I have already emailed this person and I did open a dispute

 

Closing this up, should post negative feedback so other members
do not buy from him.
