I've been waiting 17 weeks for the Tom's front lip and I was originally told that the wait would be 8-10 weeks... I've been calling Carson once every 2 weeks after the initial 10 weeks and each time I've been told that it would take another 2-3 weeks... I'm so pissed because my CC was charged early March and there is STILL no concrete news as to when my order will arrive. About 4 weeks ago, Carson offered me a refund if I didn't want to wait (he said the order would be here in about 2-3 weeks again) but I said that I would wait since I had already waited this long. I called again (around June 27) and was told that the order would be ready in a week or so but I'm starting to have my doubts... I really want the lip but I'm starting to think that I may have to cancel because my order doesn't seem to exist... If I knew that I was going to be handing someone $ for about 4 months, only to get it back then I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place...

 

The Toms Racing Kits take a long time to come in anyways plus when you order they make an order with Toms racing so it takes awhile. Hopefully you should get it soon and trust me when its on your car it will be worth it. I have to go in to Carson Toyota to order a couple Tom's things myself but I know its going to take months.

Did you pay extra for Tom's to ship it to your house?

Thanks for the response guys! I've never ordered anything from Toms before so I guess I have no experience with this but I thought that the lip would be here by now (double the estimated time). Anyone know about how much longer? I just want to know a date because it's very discouraging to hear "2-3 weeks" everytime I call...

I was going to go pick it up to avoid shipping and missing the delivery but it is kinda far... I think 35miles one way?

 

Just pmed SUPRATRD and he's getting everything sorted out with me right now since Luis is out for the day. to Carson Toyota for helping me resolve my problem so quickly.

 

I hear your pain bro...I once ordered a JDM Visor for an Aristo...i waited for a few weeks, but it never came...At least they were cool enough to give me a refund on it.
