I am still waiting for my HID kit.

I have heard so many different excuses from this company.

There customer service and sales team are absolutely horrible.

I ordered my kit back on MArch 12th........

I sent email after, after email, after email, before I received and info on my order.

Finally some one emailed me back saying that my order would be shipped on that following Monday guarenteed.....Last just say no order was shipped and on that wednesday I received a
call from one of there manager's saying that they will send me the kit the next day with a hundred dollar check off of what I paid, and I would also receive another $100 dollars off another product through them.

I specifically told them as soon as they send the HID's I want a tracking number..

After another 4 to 5 days I still didn't receive anything from there staff...

So after another round of emails for the next couple days I finally received an email that it
was shipped out on that friday(It was saturday by this point)

Finally received an email that monday, they didn't ship it out until 3pm on that monday.
Also it was supposed to be overnight delivery.....and guess what it took 4 days for shipping....

So I finally get the lights......and guess what.............wrong lights........

I specifically ordered the H11 kit from them....they sent me the 9600........

And now I have been back and forth with there staff.....

The company is horrible....right now I am waiting for one of there manager's to look at my email...


I just wanted to warn everybody of how bad this company is.........

how much did they charge

 

Which kit did you order, the one from their website? I'm wondering if they're low on stock or something since they haven't recently listed any kits on eBay.

 

I got my kit from PROXENON in about 3 days, had zero issues at all with them and love the kit.

Note - it was a kit that was listed on Ebay....so maybe they are out of stock but they could have easily told you that.

 

Just curious what kit did you order? From what i've gathered the kits on eBay appeared to be different than the ones on the website.

honestly, I am so frustrated with this company, I really gave them so many
chances.....They lie to me and lie to me.....

maybe the xenondepot was a better choice. i had some problems with my kit and Steve and xenondepot helped me out sent me the right stuff and gave me a 10 bucks refund for my trouble

 

Just refute the charge on your CC, have THEM send out fedex man or UPS guy to pick up and return the package.
