new layout for club lexus?

new layout for club lexus?
hey everyone im new here and i havnt introduced myself yet...ill do it later haha to lazy.
but i really dont like the layout for club lexus...so i threw something togeather. if i were to finish it up would the admins be willing to use it? or at least change the layout? heres a 80% finished copy. any suggestions/comments so far?
admins feel free to move thread to where you think it would be most appropiate...b/c i was looking for somewhere to put it...and i guess the clubhouse was the best forum

thanks, and it seems kind of disorganized and the blue is off...idk 
theres room for improvement, and vbb forums do allow multiple forum styles and they let you to choose which style you like best.
