Considering the age of these cars, I doubt many of them have a warranty at all unless you purchased an aftermarket one at the time of sale.
Any shop can repair a timing cover leak, it's just a matter of finding a reputable one that can do it at a good cost. The dealer is just going to give you an astronomically high number for their quote to do it.

Our RX has been a troublesome vehicle...aforementioned timing cover leak, VVTi rattle on startup, high pressure oil cooler hose ruptured, dumping a ton of oil, lucky didn't destroy the engine. Air conditioning refrigerant leaking from evaporator, entire dash needs to come out to fix, so I just recharge system periodically. Not all Lexus vehicles are reliable I guess. I'm not impressed with the 2GR-FE engine design, based on my personal experience with it.
