2007 gs350 160k miles tune up advice

looking for common parts for replacement on my gs. trying to do some preventative maintenance. 160k on it.
plugs
ball joints
tie rods

anything else that should be addressed now?

Here are a few things to consider:
-Water pump/coolant
-Diff fluid
-Transmission fluid
-Air filter
-Clean MAFS

Are you doing the ball joints because of a noise/play, or just because?

just because. I had a 2gs, and ball joints were an issue. not sure if they still are in these models but 160k on ball joints and wearable parts is a lot. I feel if they haven't gone they will soon
