Detailing Gurus - Whats the trick for old original paint cars?
Hey Club Lexus!
So I picked up a new daily driver recently, a 1979 Mercury Zephyr Wagon, original 302/C4 car. 74k original miles, runs great. Bought it from a buddy because it's so clean, and I'm gonna be putting a hydraulic set up I have sitting around in it, but for now - My questions is, whats the trick for original paint?
Cars very clean, paint has a few deep scratches that I know won't be coming out, but whats the best way to buff this out to the best it can be?
Pinstripe will be taped off to save it, as it's original and painted on it.
As you can see, cars pretty clean as it sits, but it's raining right now and cant take any solid photos.
Thanks so much for the help all!
