So I found sapphire paint on the Sewell Lexus site. I have an annoying scratch that I can't stand on the side of my bumper, so I want to touch it up. My questions are the following:

1) How long does the paint need to set before I can drive? (I live in NH....snow and salt)

2) Will it rub off in TOUCH FREE car washes (I know....car washes are bad....but I get one at the end of the winter)

3) Is it permanent? How long until I need to touch it up again?

4) Does it really hide the scratch? (Does it show at all through the touch up paint)

no it will not hide the scratches it will be a little lighter I even tried doctor color chip same result. but at certain angle you will not see it unless you look at it directly.

1. I would do it when the car is clean. At least that area is clean.
2. Wouldnt rub off. Its paint
3.It is permanent. Like you painting the wall of your room.
4. Will not hide is 100%. Just makes it less seem. With any luck most people wouldnt even notice it.
